Mindful leadership in organizations

Mindfulness and meditation programs are moving well into the mainstream in the areas of stress relief, well-being, and employee engagement. But there is a larger frame emerging of mindfulness as a source and foundation for larger strategic initiatives designed to equip organizations and people to be more competitive, resourceful and resilient in a volatile, uncertain world.
